ComiXology Gives Away 12 Comics, Gets Amazon Links

For the holidays, ComiXology is once again giving away 12 comics for the 12 days of Christmas.

I’m late talking about it, so you’ve missed the first one, Marvel’s Secret Wars #1, but you can still get the second, the relaunched Archie #1, until noon Eastern time today. The giveaway runs daily until Sunday, December 20, at comixology.com.

And in a followup to the news that ComiXology is merging accounts with Amazon, their PR guy Chip Mosher pointed out on Twitter the following side benefit:

If you look close, you’ll notice that ComiXology is now part of the buy digital button that used to just say Kindle. The popup says:

So there’s some nice cross-promotion.
