Sample Dark Horse Comics for Free

In this time of trouble, it’s great to have more entertainment options. Dark Horse has made “more than 80 first issue comics, along with a handful of full graphic novels” available to read for free via their digital outlet.

Best of all, they’re doing it without requiring a credit card or any obligation, just an email address. Offer good through April 30.

There’s an extensive kids section, including Disney’s Frozen and Scary Godmother; a “Mignolaverse” grouping (featuring Hellboy); a horror and sci-fi section (including Beasts of Burden, Count Crowley: Reluctant Midnight Monster Hunter, and various licensed titles); what looks like most of the Berger Books line; several Black Hammer issues; and a bunch of video game tie-ins.

Also, Dark Horse was tweeting last week that “all Dark Horse Digital comics are 50% off, and you can take an extra 50% off all kids titles with coupon code comics4kids”. I don’t know how long that offer will last.
