Disney Eliminates Standard DVD Review Copies for Pinocchio

Here’s another piece of evidence for studios trying to shove the Blu-ray format down the customer’s throat: I just got notified that, when it comes to review copies of the upcoming Disney release Pinocchio 70th Anniversary Platinum Edition, the company will ONLY provide the Blu-ray version. Yotsuba&! to Return From Yen

Exciting news! At the NY Con today, according to MangaBlog, Yen Press (publishers of With the Light, among others) announced that they would be publishing Yotsuba&! volume 6 in September. The much-loved series was previously released through ADV Manga, whose continued existence has been speculated on for at least the last eight months.

Why Posting Has Been Light Lately

KC and I just got home from the hospital, where he’s been since Wednesday. They think he had a mini-stroke, which would explain his vertigo and dizziness (even more than usual).
