First Second Launches Maker Comics Next Year

This seems like an excellent companion to the Science Comics line, only more practically focused. These “do-it-yourself” comic guides will appear under the umbrella title Maker Comics. The first two releases are as follows, with both due February 5, 2019.

Maker Comics: Fix a Car! by Chris Schweizer

These are both excellent survival skills for growing up. I hope there’s a future book about how to mend clothes and do basic sewing. Oh, wait, future titles will cover gardening, making costumes (so sewing, super-sized!), and cartooning (well of course).
