Lucifer Season 4 Due on DVD
I got Netflix to be able to watch Lucifer season 4 when it debuted there last year, because the show is one of my favorite guilty pleasures.
I realized I had a problem with binging, though. I went through the episodes so quickly that a couple of weeks later, I didn’t remember much of what happened. It’s easy enough to rewatch, of course, or I could just get the complete season of 10 episodes on DVD later this year.
Lucifer: The Complete Fourth Season will be available on DVD on May 12, with a digital release on May 11. The list price for the 10 episodes is $24.98. The only bonus feature is a set of deleted scenes. As with previous seasons, the Blu-ray is available through Warner Archive.
This season featured Detective Chloe Decker (Lauren German) seeing Lucifer’s (Tom Ellis) devil face and realizing he’s always been what he said he was. We also meet Eve (Inbar Lavi), who’s back to rekindle her relationship with the King of Hell. Here’s the list of episodes:

I got really excited, but then I saw it was just talks. And just to be cynical, since “Season 5 will consist of 16 episodes that will air in two separate, eight-episode chunks”, it may be that they’re negotiating to call the second half Season 6. But maybe I’m too jaded, and I should be more hopeful. It would be great if there was more to come! Thanks for sharing that.
