Upcoming Science Comics

I’m really loving the First Second Science Comics line for doing educational graphic novels that are informative AND entertaining reads. The latest is Flying Machines, out today. Thankfully, they’ve got a bunch more planned beyond the five out so far.
Plagues: The Microscopic Battlefield by Falynn Koch (author of Bats), due out August 29, covers disease. Yuck! But likely fascinating.
Dogs: From Predator to Protector by Andy Hirsch (The Baker Street Peculiars), due out October 31
Robots and Drones: Past, Present & Future by Mairghread Scott and Jacob Chabot, due out March 27, 2018
Sharks: Nature’s Perfect Hunter by Joe Flood (Dinosaurs, The Cute Girl Network), due out April 17, 2018
According to Comics Alliance, the titles beyond those will include:
Spring 2018: Polar Bears by Zack Giallongo and Jason Viola
Rockets by Jerzy Drozd and Anne Drozd
Fall 2018: Cats by Andy Hirsch
Weather by MK Reed and Jonathan Hill
Spring 2019: Cars by Dan Zettwoch
Computers by Perry E. Metzger, Penelope Spector, and Jerel Dye
Fall 2019: Crows by MK Reed and Kyla Vanderklugt
Trees by Andy Hirsch
