The Flash Season 3 Out in September

Continuing the chain of Warner Bros. Home Entertainment release announcements, here’s The Flash! This will be a great way for me to catch up on the second half of the season and relive Barry Allen (Grant Gustin) learning the hard way why speedsters shouldn’t change history. Plus, I’ll get to see more of Caitlin (Danielle Panabaker) figuring out how to deal with her Killer Frost alter ego. Oh! And the singing crossover with Supergirl!
The Flash: The Complete Third Season comes to DVD (list price $49.99) and Blu-ray (list price $54.97) on September 5. The Blu-ray version will also include digital copies (via UltraViolet) of the episodes.
The Flash is the #1 series on the CW and in the top ten for all men 18-49. The set will include the following special features:
- A featurette on the crossover among the CW superhero shows, “Allied: The Invasion Complex”
- A bunch of additional featurettes, including these about the musical episode
- The Flash: I’m Your Super Friend
- The Flash: Hitting the Fast Note
- Harmony in a Flash
- Synchronicity in a Flash
- And these others
- A Flash in Time: Time Travel in the Flash Universe
- Villain School: The Flash Rogues
- Rise of Gorilla City
- The 2016 Comic-Con panel
- A conversation with Andrew Kreisberg and Kevin Smith
- Deleted scenes
- Gag reel
Unfortunately, they haven’t included the actual crossover episodes, meaning you’ll need to get the Arrow and Legends of Tomorrow DVD sets to see it all. Here are the 23 Flash episode titles:
